Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Action and implement business performance plans set by the Restaurant Manager
- Monitor and control restaurant sales levels and profitability
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including promotional events and discount schemes
- Prepare and submit reports on staff control, food control, wastage, and sales
- Create and execute plans for departmental sales, profit, and staff development
- Order and requisition food and other supplies to ensure efficient operation
- Coordinate stock deliveries and maintain accurate records
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards
- Provide staff training and ongoing support to ensure high standards of customer service
- Ensure store staff are well-groomed and smart ready for work
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety
- Meet and greet customers, investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints
- Train staff on fire and safety procedures and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Fire regulations
- Identify additional revenue opportunities
- Knowledge of ingredients and cooking methods
- Prepare duty rosters and maintain cleanliness and hygiene procedures
- Assist other staff as needed
- Monitor and record temperature of freezers and chillers
- Arrange store maintenance as required
- Support and adhere to the equal opportunities policy of the company
- Care in service to avoid accidents
- Ensure cash and credit card security
