Our client, a leading organisation in their field, is seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

This role involves providing business analysis expertise in the context of a major ERP upgrade project, including analysis of proposed improvements and assurance input during subsequent implementation and delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analysis input to ERP upgrade / implementation, including related business processes, applications, databases, and reports.
  • Analysis input to the ongoing design, development, testing, integration, and maintenance of ERP systems.
  • Business process modelling, documentation, and analysis.
  • ERP development, deployment, customisation, and integration, including modules and the database back-end.
  • Business analysis and process design.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of achievement in ERP upgrade / implementation projects and experience in delivering business analysis in an ERP environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating acceptance and regression testing activities.
  • Analysing organisation structure, policies, and processes.
  • Contribute to Business Systems work prioritisation through business case and benefit analysis.
  • Supporting team members to detail strong written analysis content.
  • Improving efficiency by simplifying and automating processes.
