About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Organisational Portfolio Office at North West London Pathology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful end-to-end management of projects across various areas, including digital, service improvements, IT & technical, laboratory operations, and more.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent.
  • Prince 2 certified to Practitioner Level.
  • 2+ years of project management experience in managing projects in an NHS setting.
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully managing end-to-end projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly.
