We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a leading Mechanical Contractor, we specialize in Commercial, Hospitality, and Residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical installations, including heating, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, and BMS systems.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Review and adjust estimates as necessary to align with project goals and budget constraints.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, materials, and labour costs.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of estimating procedures and databases.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the mechanical contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of heating, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, and BMS systems.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
