#### Job Summary

Wrightbus is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Support Engineer to join our team in ROI. As a key member of our Parts & Service Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional aftersales service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults using industry diagnostic equipment and Wrightbus technical manuals
* Provide on-the-ground technical support to customers, ensuring all technical issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
* Estimate retail repairs and communicate information back to the Wrightbus Parts & Service Team
* Ensure all warranty return parts are correctly labelled and returned to the Wrightbus Parts & Service Team on a regular basis
* Proactively promote and sell services and parts to customers
* Maintain company vehicles to a high standard, meeting both organisational and legal requirements

#### Requirements

* Strong technical knowledge and experience in mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis and repair
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to travel and work at various customer locations as required
