Regulatory Affairs Role at Campden BRI

Campden BRI, a leading food and drink industry expert, is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs professional to join our team. As a Regulatory Affairs Advisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and extending our clients' awareness of current food legislation and related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with current food legislation and related issues in the EU and Spanish-speaking countries, providing expert advice to clients and colleagues.
  • Develop and contribute to Regulatory publications and training events, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the industry.
  • Initiate new business opportunities and deliver contract services on time and within budget, ensuring seamless project management.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of research projects, applying your expertise to drive business growth.
  • Recommend and implement changes in services, products, and systems, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Graduate-level qualification(s) in food science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in food law, acquired in a commercial, enforcement, or policy setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to read and interpret food law in Spanish-speaking countries. Additional languages, such as Portuguese and Italian, are an advantage.
