Park Elliott is seeking a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor to bolster their commercial team and drive project success.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to join a leading contractor in the Fitout industry, renowned for delivering high-end projects across Europe and internationally.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of diverse projects, collaborating closely with the Project Management team to ensure seamless client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and submit valuations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
2. Compile variation quotations, leveraging technical expertise to drive commercial success.
3. Procure and manage sub-contractor accounts, fostering strong relationships and optimizing costs.
4. Collect and oversee subcontractor documentation, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
5. Review main contract documents, providing contractual advice to the project team and ensuring compliance.
6. Prepare Monthly CVR/Cost Reports and final accounts, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
7. Implement value engineering and risk management strategies, driving project efficiency and profitability.
The ideal candidate will be a self-directed professional, driven by goals and deadlines, with strong technical skills to assess design, contractual, and technical documents.
They should be proficient at identifying both commercial risks and opportunities, with excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively.

Essential Criteria:
1. Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
3. Proficient IT skills, with a strong problem-solving ability and critical mindset.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
