About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Gables, a residential service providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with their daily lives, encouraging independence and participation in activities
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Engage residents in hobbies and interests, promoting social interaction and community involvement
  • Manage challenging behaviors and provide emotional support to residents
