We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to join our Manufacturing Production Engineering team at Tunstall Healthcare (UK) Ltd. As an Electronics Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the production of high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs) and products.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the design and validation of PCB test and product test fixtures based on drawings supplied by the engineering team.
- Conduct regular maintenance activities across all PCB processing and functional test equipment.
- Assist the Electronic Engineer with managing and implementing internal and external calibration of all test equipment used throughout the factory.
- Assist the Electronic Engineer with implementing TPM (total preventative maintenance) exercises across all factory machinery and test equipment.
- Generate and report performance metrics of manufacturing processes and take appropriate action to maintain or enhance performance.
- Provide regular reports on performance metrics on all process machinery.
- Ensure that all machinery is maintained safely and efficiently in accordance with company policy.
- Provide technical support and training to operators on daily maintenance tasks.
- Good technical knowledge in relevant engineering discipline.
- Proven 'hands-on' experience in designing and maintaining test fixtures (On-site training will be provided).
- Good technical writing skills.
- Good IT Skills.
- Able to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively ensuring quality and delivery to required timescales.
- Able to demonstrate effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- An effective team worker, collaborative in approach.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
