Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator

Job Type: Temporary Long Term

Location: St Helens

Hourly Rate: £14.50 p/h

Hours: Monday to Friday, 30 min unpaid break, 37.5 hours

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to provide administrative support to our site management team and customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gate access, greeting and controlling Visitors/Contractors
  • Dealing with telephone calls
  • Organising site inductions and processing access cards
  • Dealing with incoming deliveries
  • Franking of any outgoing post and arranging parcel collection via courier
  • Processing expenses for Plant Manager
  • Group & Safety Meeting minute taking
  • Bookings hotels, training, and rental car hire
  • Ordering stationery, PPE, and chemicals
  • Booking on site conference room
  • Updating training plans and personnel training record files
  • Updating Purchase Order sheet
  • System use of SRM and SAP
  • Raising Purchase orders
  • Invoice Goods Receipting
  • Input of Operations team hours
  • Monthly Reports - Trailer filling records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE level including Maths & English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP is ideal
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent timekeeping
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
