Job Opportunity:

Crimson is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to join our team and support the setup of new payroll systems for a leading client in the West Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for SAP Payroll and HR modules, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless payroll processes within the SAP system.
  • Customize and modify the SAP Payroll/HR module to meet specific business requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and evaluate payroll-related requirements.
  • Develop and implement test plans, conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, address payroll-related issues, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, particularly in relation to tax calculations, reporting, and statutory deductions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive SAP HR/PY experience.
  • Strong SAP ABAP and Debugging experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
