We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Compliance and Security Manager to join our International team at Evri. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our export and import customs compliance, including auditing, maintaining, and developing global compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Company's Customs Compliance and Duty Management programs.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with departmental leadership teams and clients by providing guidance on customs regulations and duty savings opportunities.
- Represent the company to government authorities, including HMRC, BF, and CAA, including site audits and visits.
- Manage the Company's Customs Cross Border Brokerage Operations.
- Provide guidance to Customs Compliance Team members to deliver best-in-class customer service and duty savings opportunities to each client.
- Coordinate inter-departmental initiatives with various teams, including International Outbound, Intl Inbound, Companies Legal and Tax, Operational Hubs, Commercial, CM's, and finance teams.
- Monitor regulatory and legislative changes within the E-commerce industry to ensure the company is providing up-to-date and future information to senior management and departments.
- Manage the Company's CAA security program.
- Monitor security compliance, including audits, training, and CAA visits.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by the manager.
- GCSE level 9-4 required or equivalent.
- Strong mathematical and English skills (written and verbal).
- Computer literacy with proficient use of MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
