Position Overview
We are excited to present a position for the role of Administrative Coordinator for the College Office at University of the Arts London (UAL). This position is essential within the Executive Office Support team, providing high-level administrative assistance to the Executive team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting senior colleagues in various capacities, including but not limited to:
- Comprehensive diary management and scheduling.
- Offering clerical assistance for committees and meetings, which includes preparing documentation, agendas, invitations, and recording minutes.
- Managing expense processing and arranging necessary hospitality, including travel, accommodation, and catering.
- Providing administrative support for cross-College events, such as staff meetings and showcase activities.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in delivering administrative support to senior management.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while adapting to the needs of the Executive team amidst competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with a diverse range of stakeholders through a collaborative approach.
