Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our Reward team as a Policy and Projects Analyst. This role will be responsible for providing expert analysis and administration across the full spectrum of reward and benefits activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide data analysis and modelling support for the annual pay and incentive review process, working closely with the Compensation Specialist and Head of Reward.
  • Conduct research and analysis on internal programme effectiveness and external benchmarking relating to salary, incentives, and benefits.
  • Ensure the accurate submission of external surveys relating to benefits, salary, and incentives.
  • Collaborate with key business and HR stakeholders on reward projects, including third-party providers.
  • Support the full reward agenda, including benefit renewals, onboarding of new vendors, long-term incentives, and compliance reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in reward analysis and administration.
  • Experience working with survey providers and building networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing compensation data.
  • Ability to present information and analysis in a clear and concise format.
  • Understanding of the Performance and Reward function, including HR policies and best practice.
  • Experience in project management, budgeting, and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and compensation software.
