Group Finance Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Finance Director to join our client's finance team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and driving business growth through strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial results
  • Manage the financial planning and analysis team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial objectives
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors, customers, and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Group Finance Director or similar role
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of IFRS15, IFRS2, IFRS9, IFRS16, foreign exchange, and consolidation accounting
