Smartech Interactive Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned financial leader to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer. This executive position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in strategic financial management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to provide financial insight and recommendations to support business decision-making processes.

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities to ensure accurate financial planning and monitoring performance. They will also be responsible for producing comprehensive financial analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to drive informed business decisions.

The CFO will ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and board presentations. They will also maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.

The CFO will advise on best practice and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and systems. They will also manage compliance and risk, and present financial performance and key metrics to other members of the Board and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices, with the ability to lead and mentor the finance team. They will also have a proven track record of driving change and managing the financial health and growth of a business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing financial insight and recommendations to support business decision-making processes.
  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
  • Producing comprehensive financial analysis and identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Maintaining robust internal controls and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Advising on best practice and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Managing compliance and risk.
  • Presenting financial performance and key metrics to the Board and stakeholders.
  • Leading and mentoring the finance team.
  • Qualifications: ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
