Job Title: Database and Insight Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Database and Insight Manager to join our team at Leeds Hospitals Charity. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in transforming the way we use data to inform our fundraising strategy.

About the Role

The Database and Insight Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our CRM system, providing high-quality insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making, and leading on data product development and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust KPI reports, dashboards, and analysis to inform fundraising strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insightful and accurate data to support strategic decision-making, including response patterns, donor profiles, and trends within our database.
  • Work closely with the Supporter Care Manager/Supporter Care Team on projects and initiatives to enhance supporter loyalty, retention, and engagement.
  • Lead on fundraising-wide data product development and ensure data protection compliance/GDPR.
  • Document and implement approaches to manage change and improvement of data capture processes across teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Ability to manipulate and process complex data sources, analyzing supporter data.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret results and draw conclusions.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, including formulae, pivot tables, and graphs.
