About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Door Specialist to join our team at EFAFLEX UK Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring their door systems are functioning optimally.
  • Conduct site visits to assess and repair mechanical and electrical door installations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with our manufacturing and sales teams to develop and deliver class-leading door solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in mechanical and electrical installation, repair, and maintenance of door systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of door systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A full driving license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
  • Desirable qualifications include IPAF accreditation, FLT license, and valid CSCS (or NVQ) qualifications.
