Job Description

Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our defence team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality systems engineering solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation, including requirements management and system design.
  • Lead and participate in HAZID and HAZOP sessions to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system compliance with legislative and contractual requirements.
  • Perform analysis using recognised methods to identify and address system issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with MoD standards and Def Standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent education with relevant experience.
  • CEng or demonstration that working towards chartership.
  • Member of a relevant institution, or relevant experienced and capable to register with Engineering Council.
  • Valid SC Clearance. Sole UK Nationality.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in high hazard industries.
  • Systems Engineering Experience with requirements management.
  • Experience with Systems Engineering tools such as Enterprise Architect and DOORS.
  • Compilation of Arguments and Evidence using Goal Structuring Notation (GSN).
