About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to support our consultants in delivering top-tier recruitment services. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and engaging candidates for a variety of commercial roles. You will work closely with experienced consultants to understand client needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Source and screen candidates using various platforms and databases
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
- Maintain and update candidate records in our CRM system
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Assist in the preparation of job advertisements and marketing materials
- Support consultants in managing client relationships and candidate communications
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- A proactive and results-driven attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
