Responsibilities:- Manage recruitment procedures for temporary and permanent roles, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
- Match candidate skills with accurate job requirements, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve client objectives, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Meet agreed-upon timelines for candidate short-list submissions, ensuring seamless communication with clients and candidates.
- Coordinate client interviews and preparation, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Ensure high-quality candidate interactions, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Smoothly handle payroll processes and compliance, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Confident communicator, both in person and on the phone, with excellent written English skills.
- Effective time management and deadline-driven, with a strong attention to detail and process adherence.
- Problem-solving ability and contingency planning, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Commission and bonus opportunities, with monthly, quarterly, and yearly incentives.
