The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a busy helpdesk, managing approximately 200 repair requests per week, and ensuring that requests are sent to the correct teams and escalated appropriately.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing accurate and value-for-money quotes for works
• Ensuring customer service is at the forefront of communication
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve repair requests efficiently
Requirements:
• Experience in property repairs and maintenance
• Strong written and communication skills
• Understanding of health and safety and statutory environmental requirements
• Knowledge of management of asbestos, fire safety, and legionella

Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday
9am-5pm
