Spa Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our Spa & Fitness team on a permanent basis. As a Spa Therapist, you will provide exceptional massages, body treatments, facials, and nail services to our guests, while also consulting with them on health conditions or concerns and recommending the best treatments or treatment plans to meet their needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding massages, body treatments, facials, nail, and beauty bar services to our guests.
  • Welcome hotel and day spa guests with a friendly greeting and smile.
  • Clean and sanitize treatment rooms and areas after each guest.
  • Respond to general inquiries about the hotel and spa.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 Diploma or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (required).
  • Pass or equivalent in GCSE English and Math (required).
  • NVQ Level 2 Diploma or equivalent in Waxing, Manicures & Pedicures (ideal).
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (ideal).
  • Proficient in computer use (knowledge of FOREST software is an advantage).
