About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled recruiter to join our team and take ownership of our recruitment strategy. As a Care Professional Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and engaging high-quality Care Professionals to join our team. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure a seamless recruitment process and provide exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Source and select high-quality Care Professionals through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a smooth transition of new Care Professionals into our business.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to inform future recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the care or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, with experience of using recruitment software and virtual communication platforms.
