Job Title: Finance Director - Growth Strategy Specialist

The Company:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director who has a keen interest in growing small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, experience in professional services, and the ability to act as a trusted business partner.

The Role:

  • Team Management: Lead a team of 4, providing development and progression opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
  • Financial Reporting: Produce monthly and year-end reports, as well as oversee management accounts to ensure accurate financial information.
  • Commercial Support: Provide strategic analysis and decision support to the CEO and board, ensuring informed commercial decisions.
  • Tax and Insurance: Work with international corporation tax reporting, insurance, and payroll to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Manage the profit and loss statement (P&L) and balance sheet to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Process Improvement: Implement a robust financial infrastructure to improve the quality of variance analysis and assess time utilization.
  • Growth Strategy: Lead the growth strategy and advise on acquisitions to drive business expansion.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience in professional services sectors.
  • Skills: Proactive and excellent communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 + bonus.

Location:

Central London / Hybrid.
