About the Role

University College of Estate Management (UCEM) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Digital Learning and Media Services Team as a Lead Learning Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences for our students, overseeing curriculum design and development.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and research of online learning and digital projects, ensuring alignment with UCEM's strategic vision.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues on impactful online educational experiences that are student-focused.
  • Contribute to the piloting and review of technologies to support effective and innovative teaching and assessment practice.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and technologies in online pedagogy.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of effective project management, including planning, allocating work, leading meetings, prioritizing tasks, and reporting progress.
