About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven leader to join our team as an Ecommerce & Merchandising Supervisor. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for driving high performance through coaching, mentoring, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the merchandising team to achieve sales, margin, and stock targets.
  • Oversee category budget setting, including sales, margin, stocks, and options.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive commercial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
