Night Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Support Worker to join our Waking Night Team at Beaumont College. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality personal care and support to our students, promoting dignity and respect at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Provide intimate personal care, where required, following robust care plans and protocols.
- Deliver delegated health care tasks, including the administration of medication, at a person-centred level.
- Safeguard the health and wellbeing and safety of our students, reporting any concerns in line with Salutem and Beaumont College policies and procedures.
- Support and enable students to participate in college and community life, promoting accessible strategies, inclusivity, and social models of disability.
- Develop skills and demonstrate effective communication to ensure understanding of student needs, families, and colleagues.
- Access additional training to create a capable and positive environment, promoting positive behaviours and minimising risks of escalated behaviours.
- Follow organisational policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and clean environment.
- Be a champion of agreed communication and training platforms, leading by example and encouraging high standards.
