Night Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Waking Night Team at Beaumont College. As a Night Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care and support to our students, ensuring their dignity and respect are upheld at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Provide intimate personal care, where required, following robust care plans and protocols that are highly personalized to each student's needs.
- Deliver delegated health care tasks, including the administration of medication, at a person-centered level.
- Safeguard the health and wellbeing and safety of our students, reporting any concerns in line with Salutem and Beaumont College policies and procedures.
- Support and enable students to participate in college and community life, promoting accessible strategies, inclusivity, and social models of disability.
- Develop skills and demonstrate effective communication to ensure that we understand the needs of our students, families, and colleagues.
- Follow personalized positive behavior plans to minimize risks of escalated behaviors and promote a calm and productive culture.
- Work as an individual and as a member of a team to develop good working practices, peer support for colleagues, and a positive ethos and culture for students.
