NCL Borough Business Change Facilitator

The Islington GP Federation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Change Facilitator to join our team in North Central London. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business process improvements and supporting the implementation of new technologies and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with stakeholders, including Primary Care Networks, general practices, and other practitioners to drive and support improvements to business processes for practices within North Central London.
- Proactively develop relationships with stakeholders to promote the Long-Term Condition Service and ensure comprehensive support from all practices and PCNs is in place.
- Provide guidance to ensure that business change activities are aligned to supporting improvements in clinical practice.
- Act as the senior manager to coordinate the programme and activities related to the LTC LCS for the borough.
- Support the development of project plans, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, considering best practice and current options.
- Support the management of stakeholders, respond to, and resolve conflict between different stakeholders through facilitation or other appropriate mechanisms.
- Be responsible for a high standard of work supporting the delivery of projects on time, to quality standards, and in a cost-effective manner.
- Demonstrated experience of coordinating projects in complex and challenging environments.
- Experience of implementing new technologies, ways of working, and business change processes.
- Experience of managing risks, reporting, and developing logs.
- Ability to prepare and produce concise yet insightful communications in a range of formats to different audiences.
- Experience of writing business plans and working with relevant stakeholders to implement.
- Ability to analyze very complex issues where material is conflicting and drawn from multiple sources.
The Islington GP Federation is a growing organization representing 31 practices. We have established ourselves as a leader in new ways of working, including operating Islington's extended access primary care services (I:HUB) and supporting the Islington Primary Care Networks (PCNs). Our current range of services includes the Extended Access Service, I:HUB, Community Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), Integrated Community Gynaecology, practice-based pharmacists, and a range of practice support mechanisms.
We work very closely with a range of partners, including the regional commissioning group, NHS England, Healthy London Partnership, Public Health, local hospitals such as UCLH, Whittington Health, and the London Borough of Islington.
The North Central London (NCL) Training Hub is a network of multidisciplinary primary care teams, community providers, and social care providers. Training Hubs receive core funding from Health Education England, but we also have extra commissions from NHS England & Improvement and Local Authorities.
