NCL Borough Business Change Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Change Facilitator to join our team at Islington GP Federation. As a Business Change Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our business change initiatives and ensuring that our practices are equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our practices to identify and implement business change initiatives that improve patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our practices and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide guidance and support to our practices to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with our Training Hub team to develop and deliver training and development programs that support business change initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
Islington GP Federation is a growing organization that represents 31 practices in the Islington area. We have established ourselves as a leader in new ways of working, including operating extended access primary care services and supporting Primary Care Networks. Our current range of services includes extended access services, community ear, nose, and throat services, integrated community gynaecology services, practice-based pharmacists, and a range of practice support mechanisms.
We work closely with a range of partners, including the regional commissioning group, NHS England, Healthy London Partnership, Public Health, local hospitals, and the London Borough of Islington. We are the host organization for the Primary Care Network (PCN) workforce and the Islington Training Hub, and we have been working for over two years to create training and development programs that meet the needs of staff working in primary and community care settings.
The North Central London (NCL) Training Hub is a network of multidisciplinary primary care teams, community providers, and social care providers. Training Hubs receive core funding from Health Education England, but we also have extra commissions from NHS England & Improvement and Local Authorities.
