About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Premises Assistant to join our team at Equans. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a fire marshal and respond to fire alarms in a timely and effective manner.
  • Perform lamp replacement and lighting fitting maintenance as required.
  • Reset circuit breakers on domestic electrical circuits.
  • Provide plumbing and maintenance services as requested.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
  • Good reading and writing skills.
  • Basic numeracy skills.
  • Basic computer literacy or willingness to train.
  • Basic plumbing and maintenance skills.
