At Mitchells & Butlers, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of our vibrant team as Hospitality Team Member Trainees. In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes our guests, providing them with exceptional service and a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and serve guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Become knowledgeable about our menu offerings to make informed recommendations.
  • Uphold brand standards consistently.

No prior experience is necessary If you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we can teach you the skills needed to thrive in our bustling environment.

What You Can Expect from Your Apprenticeship:

  • Regular face-to-face and virtual check-ins every 4-6 weeks.
  • A blend of on-the-job training and workshops to enhance your skills.
  • Quarterly reviews with your line manager and trainer to track your progress.
  • Opportunities to develop Functional Skills in English and Maths.
  • A guaranteed 30 hours of paid work each week.

Compensation:

For team members aged 16-20, the hourly wage is £8.60, while those aged 21 and over will earn £11.44 per hour.
