About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Loungers. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary standards and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase fresh, high-quality ingredients and exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen management software and systems.
