As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and success for our customers and stakeholders. With a strong focus on strategic planning and execution, you will lead the Northrop Grumman team to winning opportunities and make a real contribution to our nation's security and future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal resources to optimize the performance of the BD and technical/delivery teams.
  • Represent senior BD and Delivery/Account management staff to promote NG's expertise and secure senior proposal sponsorship.
  • Develop and maintain high levels of organization and focus across CRM (Salesforce) and bid pipeline tools.
  • Write vibrant and powerful reports to secure senior proposal sponsorship.
