The HR division of Zachary Daniels is seeking a proactive People Operations Manager to join a prominent retail organization.
The ideal candidate should possess a background in either the retail or hospitality industries, with prior experience as a HR Business Partner or People Operations Manager.
It is essential that the selected individual has genuine "business partnering experience" and is willing to engage in hands-on activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advancing the people strategy
Much of your role will involve establishing credible relationships, coaching, supporting, and challenging management, making exceptional interpersonal and communication skills vital.
Address daily HR challenges as they emerge.
Collaborate with the leadership team to facilitate organizational change.
Offer sound and commercially viable advice on employment matters, performance management, and talent development.
The Candidate:
- Experience in a dynamic environment, preferably within retail or hospitality, with a proven track record as a generalist HR partner.
- Strong employee relations experience and the confidence to constructively challenge stakeholders.
- A natural rapport builder and coach.
- CIPD qualifications are advantageous.
- Experience working across corporate or head office functions.
