North Lakes Children's Services is a well-established local provider of therapeutic residential care and education for boys aged 0-18. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young people, working closely with our team to ensure their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential care, with experience of working with young people with complex needs. They will be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing person-centred care, and will be able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve positive outcomes for our young people.
The role will involve working a shift pattern, including sleep ins, and will require the ability to work flexibly and respond to the needs of the service. The successful candidate will be required to hold a relevant qualification in childcare or a related field, and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
