The Hex Wildlife Hotel, which opened recently, comprises 74 rooms with plans for additional accommodations. The hotel is part of The Hive, an innovative leisure and entertainment complex that includes dining and recreational facilities.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hex Wildlife Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring an outstanding experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily hotel operations with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Motivate and guide a small team to provide exceptional hospitality.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to enhance service quality.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort.
  • Oversee budget management, operational costs, and inventory control.
  • Optimize staff schedules to align with budgetary constraints.
  • Gather and act on guest feedback to improve satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct regular meetings with department heads to ensure effective communication.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and human resources policies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven management experience in a property with over 100 rooms.
  • Ability to lead by example with a positive and adaptable attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Skill in nurturing team dynamics to anticipate guest needs.
  • Resilient and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Hotel Operations Manager or Deputy Manager role, preferably in a 4-star or higher establishment.
