About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to inform marketing decisions and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency
  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives
  • Work with external agencies to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including web development and digital marketing services
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel to the head office as required
