About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at HomeLet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and sales across all products in your region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in your area to drive sales and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and pipeline progress to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
