MW Appointments is seeking a skilled Claims Technician to join their team in Southend, Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and monitoring international non-marine claims, dealing with accounting issues and client inquiries. Key responsibilities include:
* Processing and monitoring claims, dealing with accounting issues and client inquiries.
* Broking claims files into the market via ECF.
* Reconciling paid claims to bordereaux.
* Dealing with issues relating to claims or accounts.
* Updating paper files and electronic data.
* Dealing with Bureau / Xchanging inquiries.
Requirements:
* A working knowledge of ECF is essential.
* Experience with Brokasure Desktop is desirable but not essential.
* Good communication and organizational skills are required.
* The ability to work in a team-oriented environment is essential.
MW Appointments offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, including benefits, and a hybrid working option between the Southend office and home working.
