- Established sales career with 3-5 years of experience in sales management.
- Strategic thinker with experience in pricing strategy, marketing opportunities, and segment analysis.
- Curious about data (qualitative and quantitative) and able to make recommendations on improving the sales pipeline and win rate.
- Ability to partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Legal, and Finance teams with curiosity, humility, and a motivation to achieve common goals.
