Elevate Our Brand as a Graphic Designer

Trilitech is seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Growth & Marketing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our visual identity and communicating our message effectively to our target audience.

As a key member of the design team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to conceptualize and produce high-quality designs for a variety of mediums, including print collateral, digital assets, and engaging social media content.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Growth & Marketing team to understand design requirements and project objectives.
  • Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
  • Produce visually compelling graphic designs for diverse platforms, ensuring consistency across all materials.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to design projects, pushing the boundaries of creativity.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating new techniques and technologies into your work.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Work collaboratively within the Design team to ensure integrated solutions that achieve project goals.
  • Adapt to feedback and revisions, refining designs to meet client expectations and brand standards.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Additional skills in illustration or motion graphics are highly desirable.
