Position Overview

IT CRITICAL CARE LLC is seeking a dedicated and proficient Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to our clients, serving as the vital link between our organization and the customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients is essential. As you will interact directly with customers, a thorough understanding of our products and their functionalities is crucial.

Additionally, familiarity with our company’s policies and procedures is necessary. A friendly demeanor and strong communication skills are key attributes for success in this position. You should be capable of providing exemplary customer service to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our services during the training period.
  • Provide clients with all necessary information they may need.
  • Monitor customer accounts by documenting their information and reported issues.
  • Actively address customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Process customer orders and calculate charges accurately.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and foster healthy relationships with clients.
  • Review customer accounts for any updates or changes.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly while ensuring service quality is upheld.
  • Communicate any changes in company policies to customers effectively.
  • Generate potential sales leads for our clients.
  • Keep a detailed record of all tasks performed and submit reports to management.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in CRM software such as Zoho, Zendesk, etc.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
  • Able to deliver results under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
