Job Title: Clinical Lead in Neurodevelopmental Pathway

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Lead to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our neurodevelopmental pathway. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and provide clinical leadership and supervision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the neurodevelopmental pathway, ensuring seamless delivery of care
  • Assess clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • At least 3 years experience post qualification
  • Experience of conducting cognitive and neurodevelopmental assessments
  • Ability to provide training and clinical supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Commitment to neuroaffirmative practice
