We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab in Brighton, East Sussex.

About the Role:

As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and supporting our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the kitchen team to prepare and cook food to the highest standards.
  • Ensure accurate portion control and quality control of food products.
  • Monitor food levels within the kitchen and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work safely and consciously to Food Safety Standards at all times.
  • Adhere to German Doner Kebab's cleaning and storage standards, including pot wash and a clean-as-you-go attitude.
  • Fill in daily paperwork in line with German Doner Kebab's standards.
Requirements:
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively work with other team members.
  • Ability to follow German Doner Kebab's brand standards for food and operations.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
