Role Summary:
ARTHOUSE Unlimited is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset. This role will offer the opportunity to build on existing experience, try new things, and develop skills in new channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize two Shopify eCommerce websites (B2C and B2B), developing customer journeys, content, and testing plans
- Support the planning and implementation of all marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Create and manage content for marketing channels such as social media posts and website content
- Coordinate with designers to create compelling and visually appealing digital assets and brand asset libraries
- Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of the website and marketing campaigns
- Manage social media platforms and engage with followers to build brand loyalty
- Identify and implement possibilities for SEO growth, including reviewing and ensuring the website adheres to best practices
- Coordinate with external agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives such as online advertising and retargeting campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Attend and work at trade shows as required, supporting the Trade Sales Team
- Conduct ad hoc marketing administrative tasks
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of and connection with ARTHOUSE Unlimited
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Marketing Executive in a B2C environment, with retail experience a plus
- Experience working or volunteering in the charity sector is also a plus
- Keen interest and experience in digital marketing tools and techniques
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is essential, with Shopify preferred
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with experience of GA4 and Shopify Reports a plus
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Strong creative outlook, with excellent presentation skills and working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Canva a plus)
- Experience with email campaign tools is a must, with Mailchimp and/or Klayvio preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing social media platforms
- Experience setting up and managing Google and Meta adverts is a plus
Benefits:
- Full-time role, office-based, with a competitive salary range of £25-£28k dependent on experience
