We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Estimator to join our dynamic team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Junior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in tendering for new projects and providing innovative solutions to complex Geotechnical and Structural challenges.

About the Role:
  • Estimate and price structures for painting, inspection, pointing, and other services for stadia, bridges, and buildings.
  • Utilize and manipulate complex Excel spreadsheets to create pricing programs for submissions.
  • Attend client sites for tender evaluation and prepare pricing programs for submissions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to win new work and drive business growth.
About You:
  • A background in construction with site skills is preferred, but not essential.
  • Degree-educated or equivalent relevant construction qualifications (HND, BTEC, etc.) are desirable.
  • Estimating experience in construction is essential, with a strong understanding of Rope Access principles.
  • A full UK Driver's License is required.
