We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Suzuki Europe Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with retailers, customers, and suppliers.
  • Process and manage stock orders, including Amazon and direct customer sales.
  • Monitor and update stock levels, prices, and inventory.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to Japan.
  • Manage and maintain Xero accounting and invoicing systems.
  • Process payments and manage cash flow.
  • Oversee stock taking and inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit end-of-year accounts and reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and operations management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting and invoicing systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be based in the UK and will be required to work closely with the Suzuki Corporation in Japan.
