Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of new Off-Site Building Projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Design Management: Oversee the design and implementation of projects from concept to production.
- Implement and Manage BIM: Ensure the effective use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) on all projects.
- Liaison with Senior Management: Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Design Drawings and Problem Solving: Review and prepare design drawings, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Degree in Construction: Hold a degree in Construction and a RIBA qualification.
- Experience: Possess 5+ years of experience in Architectural Design and Off-Site Construction.
- Technical Skills: Be proficient in 2D and 3D Design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
- Knowledge of Building Regulations: Have extensive knowledge of UK and Ireland Building Regulations.
